To be fair the service was speedy and efficient. My only concern was that I was invoiced an additional cost that was more than double what I initially paid. I received the invoice long after my parcel arrived, but I was told that the destination marked the weight as double what I had when I sent it. Customer service said I'd have to provide photographic evidence of the parcel's weight to dispute the additional costs. By then the package was already out of my hands and there was nothing I could do about it. I was sure to weigh and measure it as accurately as possible, but I guess without any proof I just had to pay more than twice what I was originally quoted.
