Easy, Fast & cost effective!

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and first time shipping through ASENDIA. I avoid shipping packages to my family in the UK due to the expense of postage but there is nothing like receiving a personal gift wrapped with love from a loved one so I will occasionally splash out and send one! Using parcel monkey saved me at least $50 over regular retail prices. The site was easy to use with clear instructions for printing labels and packaging.
It was easy to drop my package off at my local USPS store and from date of drop off in the US to delivery in the UK took exactly 10 days.
My only complaint if you can call it that was that although there was tracking included, it was very basic and did not tell me when the package was received in the UK until delivery. Only the tracking number through usps showed detailed tracking until it was taken over by the courier service…
