They didn't ship my item and instead they want to destroy my item. They charged a lot of money and not deliver my item and they want to destroy my item. That is fraud company. please don't buy shipping services from them. They are trying to get money from you and destroy your shipment without delivery!!!

Please note we have informed you that, the consignee refused to provide an ID card copy or any support for customs clearance, and customs will not allow a return with the receiver's ID. Therefore, the only option for this shipment is to abandon/destroy it.
Please check with consignee. -
