PHOTO ID VERIFICATION HUGE PAIN

Terrible. UPS now requires you send live photo of your id and your face to confirm identity. Program is difficult (impossible) to work with. Trying to cancel UPS and do business with USPS instead because they just take your money instead of wasting your tie.

Too many unknowns...

This company has consistently estimated shipments incorrectly. It is very disconcerting to receive an email following completion of shipment that informs me of additional charges. I take great lengths to make sure my packages are measured and wade correctly. I should not be penalized because I did not measure according to their scales. I have essentially lost trust in this third-party shipper because of fickle rate estimates.

Not good service

was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days its been 17 days and most likely lost.

UPS has claimed there was a routing error yet no evidence it has left the New Jersey location. It was supposed to be 5-7 days, It has been 17 days and the items that were shipped have most likely been damaged
