I'll not use this again

Did not like using parcel monkey - UPS Ground Saver is fine. Will not use Parcel Monkey again. It's very clunky and I don't like the services offered nor the label print out.

Beware of additional charges, absolute scam

Consistently get charged additional fees for apparent larger parcel dimensions despite always using standard box sizes. Absolute scam.

Very bad and ridiculous service

The baggage was much damaged when we receive it. The toys of my kids got broken during transfer and shoes got damaged as well. It seemed as if you guys threw the baggage multiple times and caused a severe damage that I had to throw away some stuff....
