The box was partially crushed, damaging a couple of the items in it while clearly marked as fragile. The products were double bubble wrapped and secured for transit. What do I need to do to file a claim ... on the shipment?

Parcel Monkey shipped it and then you added another $156.00 The measurements and weight were all on the box. These were confirmed at UPS store when I sent the package.
You billed me with no explanation ... just a bill. It's been over a week now and you still have no explanation. I consider this fraud. Texas, since I'm 75, we consider this financial elder abuse. We have laws against this.
Get my money back in my PayPal account in 24 hours. -

The parcel monkey address was incorrect but the lable was correct.
I tried sending a notice and it said you all were closed.
The carrier should of gone off the lable -
Bait and Switch

They quoted a price... dropped off at UPS- measurements- weight confirmed and now almost 1mo later- charge an additional $5+.. Not using again

Please note that these charges are forwarded to us by the courier, and we are required to pass them on to the customer. We are currently checking this with the courier to understand the situation ... better, and we’ll get back to you once we have clarification.
