Delivery Time Frames

For deliveries like this, your company gives a time frame for delivery, it should be just a bit more specific. If you say 1-5 days, your package most definitely will 'not' be there tomorrow. A practical delivery estimate would be better received. It was a gift, and I was hoping would arrive within the "time frame" that was initially given.
All griping aside, my package was delivered, in a reasonable amount of time and I found the best rate with Parce Monkey.

Extremely speedy, no physical damage to the outside of the packaging, but despite fragile label and request to not be tilted, I the contents had shifted quite a bit. I will absolutely use the same courier again, just maybe not for something so fragile in the future
