Need auto updates!

Maybe I did something different, but of the many times I’ve used ParcelMonkey and UPS, this was the first time I didn’t receive updates by default. I had to log in, find the parcel, and track it. No auto updates at drop off, transit, nor delivery.
It takes too much time to do that manually on every parcel.

Appropriate service. Timely. Hate that I have to go through third party to get a decent rate but glad for parcel monkey.
