The price point was amazing. It would have been helpful if there was a bit more support in regards to tariff numbers and more accurate information on the cost of tariff charges that could/would be applied before delivery.

I found Parcel Monkey last year when I was trying to send a package oversea, and it saved me 50% of the cost if I were to ship via UPS via their website. Last week, I used the service again for sending package oversea, it delivered again, and of course saved me more than 50% of the shipping cost, I am very happy with the service, and would use it again.
