UPS is a scam company

The shipment was delayed by 6 days while it was sent via express mail also the receiver was charged extra funds during drop off to release the package which is a big scam as none of the fees were communicated. will be asking for a refund as well as will be looking in to why the receiver was charged money to release the package. I would give a negative -5stars if I could.

Please note that customs and import fees are determined by the destination country's authorities and not by us or the courier. These charges are assessed based on the value and nature of the goods being shipped, and they vary from country to country. Unfortunately, they are outside of our control, and any additional fees must be paid by the receiver to release the parcel.
