I just used this service to ship a package from USA to UK. The weight was 17lbs and for just under $100 was a great savings compare to regular means of shipping.
The item arrived fast: I shipped on a Tuesday and it arrived intact the following Wednesday. It took just 8 days.
I have been using Parcel Monkey site for couple of years and this is one the fastest service I got.
Great job to the site and also to the shipping company!

Waiting for the label (3-days), customer service indicates it is an IT issue, credit card has been charged, and no way to cancel. First time we have had issues with Parcel Monkey.
