This was my first time shipping thru Parcelmonkey. The shipping via UPS was seamless and I am happy how it all worked out. I was a little nervous at first but seeing the package quickly getting tracked thru countries in Europe on its way to Norway gave confidence.

Mid-delivery %50 UPCHARGE

Service was on time but once the package was in transition to the agreed amount of $78 we've received an almost ❗️50% UPCHARGE / piggybacked on of ❗️$38 prior to delivery. Had no choice but to pay because package ???? was already in Germany.????????
Had I known in advance I have definitely used a DIFFERENT carrier.
