UPS has failed me twice this week

This is the second package I’ve sent to my daughter in Australia in two weeks, and both were delivered to the wrong unit. The property has three units (252, 252A, and 252B), but the package meant for 252A was delivered to 252. I contacted UPS three times after the first incident to update the instructions, but was told changes couldn’t be made until it reached the destination city. Once it arrived, I called twice more and was told only a message could be sent, and it would be best for my daughter to call—she tried but couldn’t get through. The residents at 252 were out of the country, so the packages (both thrown over a secure fence) had to be retrieved by my daughter, who had to climb the fence. Going forward, I’ll handwrite and highlight delivery instructions on the package to avoid this issue.
