My parcel has been stuck for 14 days. When I asked what the delay was, parcel monkey stated that they do not know which courier is handling the package - so I have no idea who or how to find out why my parcel is not being delivered.

The shipping speed is incredibly fast with Parcel Money USP. I dropped off my package on Wednesday afternoon to ship to China, and it arrived at my recipient on the following Tuesday, which would be Monday in the US! So ~5 days in total, including the weekend! Love Parcel Money UPS.

Fast, cheap, and reliable!

Whenever I ship packages from Maryland to Japan, I usually use Parcel Monkey. They can ship with UPS which is fast and cheap, but at 1/3 of the cost! Great service!
