I have used UPS via Parcel Monkey several times. There is near real-time tracking with updates on the progress of the package. The delivery is seamless and on time.

UPS is a BAD choice for international shipping

VERY disappointing. We clearly indicated this was for a student studying in the UK. We included a copy of the student visa. It was held at customs by UPS. We talked to them on the phone 7 times indicating this was for a student everytime and that according to the UK there should be no duties or taxes. Also we didn't have to list exact contents - just estimates. Regardless they made us do an estimate and then charged us over $500 in duties. We confirmed that they actually HAVE student specialists, but through the whole process they didn't send us to them. Basically held our packages hostage for us to pay. Then told us to contest the charges and they would see what they could do. We trusted UPS to be our shipping experts - not for us to research and tell them what to do! AVOID UPS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
