My original “estimated delivery date” was the 12th, my package arrived on the 19th AND they charged my wife about $15 just to receive the package I sent her!?!?

I don't understand why I received a final charge on a parcel which was weighed less than it was declared. The dimensions of the box was given by the manufacturer. I trusted what was printed on the box. That's how you buy mailing boxes in the stores. I don't understand why these measurements are off between UPS and other box manufacturers.
