Charged me customs when it should have been customs free. No reply on what the description should have been. I filled second customs form they asked me to fill to prove no customs. They now charge me a new fee month later for no reason.

They do nothing but rip you off.
They failed on deliver my package and made me pay to have my package returned. BTW, Return fee is higher than shipping feeParcel Monkey replied on 12/08/2024

To clarify, the higher return fee is due to the return being processed internationally without our discounted pricing. Import duties are charges imposed by the government of the destination country, and since you requested the return after the recipient refused to pay these duties, the return fee was unfortunately higher.
