Lost my package at Cincinnati, ohio. Distribution ctr. ..package was 22x18x18. I was told they have no clue where it's at.

I mailed the package with you in early December. It sat in Dallas for 3 weeks and finally arrived after Christmas. I am very disappointed with the service. In addition I insured the packages and your help desk staff was very vague or just didn't know how long I had to wait to file the insurance claim. Turns out it is 14 days from the ship date so I could not even file for the insurance. Your staff needs additional training.
